Is the spa completely private?
Yes. During your session, the jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and sensation shower are exclusively for you and those with you — you won't share them with other guests. Our staff may occasionally access the facilities if needed for service, assistance or safety reasons.
What does the spa circuit include?
The circuit includes a hydrotherapy jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, hammam steam bath and sensation shower, plus the relaxation area. Everything designed so you can switch off without a worry.
What do I need to bring?
Just your swimsuit. We provide towels and slippers so you can enjoy total comfort. If your booking includes a massage or treatment, you'll also have a robe during your stay.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Online bookings are subject to confirmation by our team; for a faster confirmation, you can message us on WhatsApp or call us.
Is parking available?
Yes. Our guests can park free of charge in the underground car park of Hotel TRH Mijas for the duration of their experience.
What happens if I can't make my appointment?
If you can't attend, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll offer you a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or not showing up, result in the loss of the deposit paid, and in the case of gift vouchers, the experience may be considered enjoyed and the voucher may be considered redeemed.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to enjoy the full experience. In case of a delay, the lost time will be deducted from the duration of your experience so it doesn't affect later appointments; if the schedule allows, we'll try to adjust your time. Significant delays may result in the reduction or cancellation of the service, with no refund of the deposit or reactivation of the gift voucher.
Can children access the spa?
Yes, minors may access our facilities as long as they are accompanied and remain under the supervision and responsibility of an adult throughout the experience. To preserve the calm of the spa for everyone, please respect our house rules and keep a relaxed, quiet atmosphere.
Can I use the spa if I'm pregnant?
We recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare professional beforehand to confirm that using the facilities is suitable for your situation. Please let us know when booking so we can advise you and, if needed, suggest the most suitable alternatives.
Do vouchers have an expiry date?
Yes, vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. They are transferable, so you can pass them on or gift them to someone else.
