• Steps to complete the purchase: 1) choose one or more vouchers on the vouchers page; 2) enter the buyer's details and, if it is a gift, the recipient's; 3) review the order summary and accept the purchase terms; 4) pay through Stripe's secure payment gateway; 5) receive the confirmation by email.
• Contract archiving: Guinda Wellness & Spa keeps the order in its systems, together with the date and version of the terms accepted. The confirmation email contains a summary of the purchase and the voucher; it is not a full copy of the terms, which you can consult on this website at any time. If you need the terms in force on the date of your purchase, you can request them at info@guindaspa.es.
• Correcting errors: before paying you can review and change the basket and the details entered in the order summary. On the payment gateway you can go back without being charged.
• Languages: the contract can be concluded in Spanish, English or French.
